We install a small satellite dish at your clinic or hospital. The satellite internet connection is always on and always working. The service is continually monitored. If the local communication infrastructure fails, local cell service fails, landlines fail, or the internet fails, you can switch to satellite service in one minute or less, preventing potential medical mishaps.

Internet & Calls Are Rerouted

When a telephone outage occurs, incoming calls to the clinic or hospital are forwarded to a dedicated phone number assigned to your organization. Those incoming calls are delivered to you over the satellite connection. Your incoming calls can be answered on your existing phone system, or our hosted phone system can answer them using our virtual auto attendant. The hosted phone system can deliver your incoming calls anywhere you choose.
